Affordable Housing
Bridgewater Township offers the opportunity of home ownership or apartment rental for families or single persons that meet income eligibility requirements. Income eligible households can apply for affordable condominiums to purchase or apartments to rent by calling the Director of Housing and Social Services at 908-725-6300 ext. 5245 or by emailing welfare@bridgewaternj.gov.

Condominium Fee Assistance Program
The Condominium Fee Assistance Program is available to Affordable Housing homeowners who are behind on their maintenance fees. Up to $5,000 per household is available.
Grant Money Available for Repairs or Energy Saving Improvements!
Current eligible Bridgewater homeowners who are not in affordable housing units can apply for grants through our housing rehabilitation program. Apply TODAY by calling the Director of Housing and Social Services at 908-725-6300 ext. 5245 or by emailing ppadovani@bridgewaternj.gov. The above income eligibility requirements apply. Up to $20,000 per household is available.
