Yard Waste Disposal
Residents may dispose of leaves, grass clippings and branches at the Bridgewater Yard Waste Site. You must provide proof of residency (driver’s license). The site is located on Foothill Road behind Costco. It will be open on April 13, 2009 through the remainder of the year. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Due to holidays, the site will be closed the following dates: May 25, July 3 & 4, September 7, November 26-28, December 25 and 26, and January 1 and 2, 2010. It will close on January 15, 2010 for the rest of the winter and reopen in March 2010. Future updates will be provided on this web page.

In order to reduce costs and continue to offer drop off service to residents of Bridgewater, this site is now being operated by Reliable Wood Products. It is important to note that there continues to be FREE DROP OFF SERVICE to all Bridgewater residents. The few changes to this service are noted below.

• Hours of operation will be expanded as indicated on the signs at the site.
• Contractors and commercial operators may still use the site to drop off material from Bridgewater residents, however, there will be a fee for this service payable by the contractors.
• Mulch can no longer be offered for free but is available for a nominal charge payable to the site operator.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping the Township continue to offer this service in the most efficient manner with the lowest cost possible.
