Councilman Moench is a Council liaison to the Budget/Finance Review Committee; Mayor’s Advisory Committee; Regional Center Plan Endorsement; and the Regional Center Partnership. He is an alternate liaison to the Bridgewater-Raritan Board of Education Committee and the Somerset County Community Development Consortium.
